Congratulations to Rebecca who achieved first place in the Regional Final of the Rotary Young Musician Competition, which took place in Cheltenham. Rebecca will be competing in the National Final in May.

Many thanks to all of our students who performed in our recent instrumental evenings: Madeline, Madeline, Namrata, Freya, Kathlyn, Annalisa, Rachel, Sarah, Nandhika, Saraniya, Arooj, Jovie, Rebecca, Aparna, Alicia, Ritisha, and Bryneet.

It was also wonderful to see so many students performing in the Spring Concert on Wednesday 3rd April. It was a fantastic evening of music featuring KEHS Lower School Choir, KEHS Chamber Choir, Concert Orchestra, Junior Swing Band, Senior Swing Band, Wind Band and Concert Band. The concert included a wide repertoire and the Music Department would like to thank all parents and guests who attended the concert, supported the students and made the event such a success.

An exploration of Ancient Greece

From the very first day to the last, we found ourselves entirely submerged in both modern and ancient Greek culture, from participating in a couple of chaotic dances to being taught (and quizzed) on different objects we hunted for in the museums.
