Lauren has been featured in the Financial Times in the Arts section as one of the most influential young musicians on the planet. She was described in the article as a total phenomenon by Julian Lloyd Webber. The article also recognised how Lauren won the BBC Young Musician competition in 2018 with a rendition of Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto no.2 and how, two months later, she performed at the Royal Albert Hall in a Prom celebrating the competition’s 40th anniversary alongside previous winners Sheku Kanneh-Mason and Nicola Benedetti.
