Birmingham Young Poet Laureate

Aliyah in the Upper Fifth has been shortlisted for Birmingham's Young Poet Laureate award. After submitting two of her poems for consideration, she has now been invited to an interview at the Library of Birmingham, where she will perform an additional poem of her own, as well as one that she admires.​
