This morning KEHS held an assembly on Sikh Langar. Langar is an important part of Sikh worship and is where there is a common kitchen that serves food to anyone from any background or faith. The assembly was inspired after the Sikh community rallied together in the face of Covid-19 to deliver food to the most vulnerable in society. The video shows one of our pupils Avni and her family preparing meals for the local Gurdwara, to supply on to the most needy at this difficult time.
