On Tuesday 12th March, Lauren performed to a packed audience in a recital at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. She opened with an assured performance of Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No.28 in A major, Op.101 before creating a spellbinding atmosphere in her interpretation of Ravel’s Gaspard de la nuit. The recital concluded with a sparkling rendition of Chopin’s Andante Spianato and Grande Polonaise in E flat, Op.22, receiving a well-deserved standing ovation.
