She won her groups after playing three matches and proceeded to the semi-finals where she won 22-20 in a close but exciting match. On Saturday 10th November, Sana played in the U15 Bronze Leicestershire Badminton England tournament. She won her groups after playing three matches and proceeded to the semi-finals where she won 22-20 in a close but exciting match. In the finals, she won 21-18 in a tight match and received a Gold medal for singles and a Bronze medal for doubles. Sana would like to thank her coaches and her school teachers for their support and encouragement.

Lara delivers fascinating talk at TEDxTamworth

During the Easter holidays, Lower Sixth pupil Lara was selected to speak at TEDxTamworth, where she stepped onto the stage alongside 11 adult speakers to deliver a talk on ‘Why The AI Age Belongs to the Teen Generalist’.

Festival of colour

The Holi event was brought to life on the KEHS field last Friday. We raised over £500 for the Wings of Hope charity which supports the education of children in India and Sierra Leone.

On Friday 24 April, I was proud to host the school’s very first Changemakers Live event in the PAC: a joint student-led school conference built around intellectual curiosity and communicating ideas, inspired by the concept of TED talks.
