Mrs Kavanagh is the Assistant Head (Pastoral) and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) at King Edward VI High School for Girls. She is also an enthusiastic teacher of Classics (Latin and Greek). Mrs Kavanagh joined KEHS in 2004 and has held a number of positions in the school. She was Head of PSHE from 2008 to 2012 and Head of Classics from 2012 to 2023, also holding the post of Head of Year in the Sixth Form from 2021-2023.
