From induction events to early opportunities to meet classmates, we want every girl to arrive in September feeling excited about the adventure ahead.

Let the adventure begin: Induction Day

All new Sixth Formers are invited to our full induction day on Tuesday 7 July and Wednesday 8 July 2026.

On this day, your daughter will:

A spacious common room area with multiple sofas and tables.

Explore the school, getting familiar with her new environment

Take part in engaging activities designed to help her feel confident and supported at school

By the end of the day, your daughter will feel like a valued member of the KEHS community - ready and excited to join us in September.

Supporting every girl from the very start

We know how important it is for every girl to feel confident at school.

That’s why our Sixth Form pastoral care begins well before the first day of term, with opportunities to visit the school, meet peers and staff, and start feeling part of the KEHS community.

Your daughter's digital life

We are launching a new set of resources for parents, which will grow with time and continue to be updated as technology, opportunity and risks evolve.

Our aims are to:

  • Strengthen parents’ understanding of the digital world their daughters inhabit
  • Equip parents to support safe and responsible digital behaviour
  • Build parents’ confidence in supporting the academic use of technology
  • Improve communication between parents and their daughters about online experiences
  • Promote digital wellbeing and balanced technology use
  • Build parents’ confidence in supporting the academic use of technology
  • Strengthen the partnership between school and home
  • Encourage positive, empowering digital experiences
  • Provide reassurance, clarity, and practical next steps

Our first step in this platform of resources is to provide parents with a ‘go to’ list of information and resources. Our handy bespoke parent materials can be found here Online Safety Hub. We will update you as the suite of material expands.
