This year the annual conference took place at Bath University and KEHS were represented by Lower 6th girls Blessing, Saffron and Jess who gave two talks. The first was a review of the research undertaken by all schools presented at the previous five annual conferences. The second described their own original research carried out this year on the correlation between the cosmic ray count rate using the detector on our school roof with atmospheric pressure from the school’s weather station. The girls performed amazingly well and gained the Silver medal award for their second presentation. We would like to thank two upper sixth girls, Melissa and Connie, who have presented in previous conferences, who also came along to give us support.

German exchange trip to Hamburg
