On Tuesday 15th January, a team of Thirds and Lower Fourth students attended the first round of the Birmingham School Games Athletics Competition. The students competed in a variety of track and field events including the relay, triple jump and shot put. Both teams performed well and achieved many first place positions on the track; they were cheered on by their team mates throughout the day. Overall, the Thirds achieved fourth place and the Lower Fourths achieved third place in their respective age categories. Well done to Hannah, Aanika, Nandhika, Hannah, Amira, Amarah, Tilly, Amy, Abigail, Sana, Tanisha and Grace for showing such hard work and determination!
