Congratulations to Derwent who has been awarded the Peter Clarke Memorial Cup by the National Children’s Orchestra South Westerlies Regional Orchestra for her musicality and dedication in 2019. She is the youngest recipient of the Cup since it started in 2007.
Our school proudly took part in Neurodiversity Celebration Week, a global initiative designed to recognise and value the many different ways people think, learn, and experience the world.
Culture Week has shown KEHS at its best and most lively, from the colourful decorations in the hall to the beautiful music played in the mornings.
This year nineteen visitors contributed to our Careers Week programme and offered us a feast of insights into different career pathways and roles.
It was a privilege for our year 12 pupils attend a jam-packed morning of higher education sessions given by leading academics and admissions staff from Birmingham, Aston, Warwick, Leicester and Nottingham Universities.
