New Design Centre opens its doors!
Thursday 5 January saw us host the first classes in our new Design Centre.

Thursday 5 January saw us host the first classes in our new Design Centre. The Upper Fourths enjoyed their first Design Technology class in the new workshop, whilst the Lower Sixth got to work in the Senior Art Classroom.

Earlier, this week our Computing lessons got underway in the new IT suites.

On Friday 6 January, we were delighted to host our first group of primary school pupils in this wonderful facility as part of our Partnerships and Participation Programme. The group from Allens Croft Primary enjoyed a ceramics class, where they were tasked with the challenge of creating clay models of endangered animals.

We are incredibly grateful to architects Pinnegar Hayward Design and main contractor Interclass, plus all those others who worked on the project, for bringing the Design Centre vision to life. We hope you enjoy these photographs taken by the architects.
