Three of our pupils had great success at the Birmingham Music Festival, an annual piano competition which takes place in the Ruddock PAC, which was held last weekend on Saturday 13 October and Sunday 14 October. Bronagh won the Junior Open Choice Class with her performance of Wedding Day at Troldhaugen by Grieg, Rebecca won the 11-13 Years Class and the Junior Recital Competition and Naomi won the Open Sonata Class, Open Russian Composers Class and 14-17 Years Class. Congratulations to all three girls; we are very proud of your achievements.

During the Easter holidays, Lower Sixth pupil Lara was selected to speak at TEDxTamworth, where she stepped onto the stage alongside 11 adult speakers to deliver a talk on ‘Why The AI Age Belongs to the Teen Generalist’.
