Mr Baddeley joined King Edward VI High School for Girls in September 2024 as Deputy Head (Academic). He was educated at Solihull School and the University of Oxford, where he read Classics and recently completed a Master’s degree in Learning and Teaching, with a focus on English pedagogy.
Prior to joining KEHS, he taught at Solihull School, Eastbourne College and Winchester College, where he variously led the Classics, English and Drama departments, served as an Assistant Housemaster and was appointed to be the school’s first Director of Teaching and Learning.
A keen runner, amateur musician and theatre enthusiast, he is looking forward to getting involved in the wider life of the school as he gets to know the KEHS community.
