Mrs Shore-Nye is Senior Deputy Head (Pastoral) and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) at King Edward VI High School for Girls. She has dedicated her career to working at KEHS, both in academic and pastoral roles, which have included being Head of English.

Mrs Shore-Nye is committed to the unique value of a selective, girls’ education and her approach to pastoral care is led by her extensive knowledge of the particular needs of bright, curious, developing young women. She sits on the Girls’ School Association national pastoral and safeguarding committee. In her spare time she enjoys sketching, art history and is a reader for Birmingham Talking Newspapers for the blind.
