On Tuesday 4th February, we took two Under 13 netball teams to the annual county tournament at Sutton Girls’ High School. Our Under 13 B team showed great skill and determination, and just missed out on a place in the semi-finals by one point! Our Under 13 A team managed to win all their games in the group stage, defeating Sutton Girls’ A team in the semi-finals! In the final, they faced Plantsbrook School and were narrowly defeated playing with great strength and resilience throughout the match.
Future ready: Year 12 explore university pathways
It was a privilege for our year 12 pupils attend a jam-packed morning of higher education sessions given by leading academics and admissions staff from Birmingham, Aston, Warwick, Leicester and Nottingham Universities.
