In October, Upper Fourth students took part in an International Exchange visiting different areas in Canada. Ruby and Rachel travelled to Vancouver whilst Melanie and Ria spent time in Montréal. Melanie wrote that the schools she visited were really welcoming, all the students and teachers were friendly and looked out for her and the families she stayed with treated her as if she were one of the family. She visited many new places and experienced a host of new opportunities, such as Halloween, which is celebrated very differently in Canada. Melanie enjoyed the exchange greatly and would definitely recommend it to students in younger years at KEHS.

Rachel also had a wonderful time and enjoyed the sun and scenery of Vancouver, including amazing mountain views from the living room of her host family! Her trip was filled with food, new friends and new places. She is extremely grateful to have taken part in such a unique opportunity.
