On 29th June, KEHS welcomed students from five primary schools across Birmingham to our Summer Challenge Outreach Workshop. Over the course of the morning, the students undertook interactive and engaging workshops in Maths, Spanish and Science, where they even had the opportunity to put their forensic ability to the test and solve a crime through detection of hair strands and fingerprints! Many thanks to Mrs Pollard, Mr Hopkinson, Mr Kavanagh, Mrs Varma, Mrs Hosty, Mr Heather, Señora Atkins and Señora Mikalerena for providing such enjoyable workshops, as well as to our Sixth Form helpers, Jessica, Jasmine, Sneha and Aimee, who enabled the event to run so smoothly.
