It has been a very busy and successful start to 2020 for Amira, our super talented cross country athlete. On 4th January, she achieved second place in the Warwickshire County Championships, qualifying for the County Team for the Inter-county National Championships. She was also placed second in the West Midlands Schools Cross Country Championships, thus qualifying for the West Midlands School Team at the ESSA National Championships. Finally, on 25th January, out of 113 competitors, she achieved a very impressive seventh place in the Midlands Cross Country Championships. Well done Amira and good luck for the England Schools National Competition and Inter-county Nationals, which will take place in March.
