On Saturday 23rd November, Jamima, Rachel, Namrata and Samantha competed in the Royal Society of Chemistry Top of the Bench Competition at the University of Birmingham. They completed a quiz, a practical task on solubility, presented their results through a graph and attended a guest lecture at the end of the day where they learnt about energy. We are delighted to announce that they came fifth in the preliminary round, earning them a place in the regional finals in January.
