On Saturday 19th October, three of our fantastic runners represented South Birmingham at the West Midlands Schools County Trials cross country race at Sutton Park. In the 2.6km Minor Girls’ race, Bella led the team home in 7th place, a great result following her victory in the South Birmingham race. Maisie also performed brilliantly to finish inside the top 20. Nandhika ran very well in a competitive field and against girls a year older than her, to finish in the top 50 in the 3.6km Junior Girls’ race, she should be very proud of her determination at this level.
