In May, some of the Lower Fifth attempted the Year 10 Physics Challenge. This comprised two online tests of various Physics questions; some simple but many quite challenging. Both tests were under timed conditions so the pressure was on! The following girls gained award certificates: Gold went to Shivanii and Jiali; Silver was gained by Salihah, Kirsten, Lucy, Emily, Alica, Ella, Aliyah and Zaynab; Bronze certificates went to Jyotsana and Poppy. This was the first “Year 10” Physics Challenge and all of the girls have highlighted their ability to do Physics quickly and accurately!
