On Friday 1st February, 12 students competed in the Birmingham Schools Gymnastics Competition at Edgbaston High School. The competition required each gymnast to perform two vaults and a minute long floor routine. Despite the large audience, the students were all able to hold their nerves exceptionally well! Both our Under 12 and Under 14 teams scored highly on both pieces of apparatus, with the Under 14 team achieving a Bronze medal. In the individual competition, Jaya placed second on vault, first on floor and first overall. Well done to all!
