Rebecca Claims First Place

Over half term, Rebecca competed in the Junior section of the Bromsgrove Young Musicians’ Platform Competition and was awarded first place! Rebecca gave a solo recital, playing Prelude and Fugue in D minor by Bach, Rhapsody in C major by Dohnanyi, and a short piece called O Polichinelo by Villa-Lobos.

Over half term, Rebecca competed in the Junior section of the Bromsgrove Young Musicians’ Platform Competition and was awarded first place! Rebecca gave a solo recital, playing Prelude and Fugue in D minor by Bach, Rhapsody in C major by Dohnanyi, and a short piece called O Polichinelo by Villa-Lobos. She also received a prize of £750 to support her music lessons. Well done Rebecca!
