Shriya’s Chess Success

On Sunday 25th November, Shriya took part in the Warwickshire Under 16 Chess Championship, which is a mixed gender competition. Her final game was a de facto play off for the title. Shriya won the game against a player whose grading was higher than her own, which resulted in her being crowned winner of the tournament.​
